Facelift Bismarck

A facelift can improve the deep cheek folds, jowls, and loose sagging skin around the neck that come with age. Facelifts are most commonly performed on patients in the 40 – 60 age range. However, they can produce good results for people in their 70′s, and 80′s.

Incisions are placed discretely in your hairline and follow the natural contours of your ears. The incisions are placed so that they are easily concealed by hair and makeup.

You are a good candidate for a facelift if you have a deep line that runs from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth, jowls, deep wrinkles in the cheeks and sagging skin next to the cheek bone and loose skin, wrinkles or excess fatty tissue in the neck.

Dr. Honeycutt is trained in the most up to date facelift techniques and she employes the volumetric facelift, a third generation method.

A facelift can restore your youthful appearance giving you a firmer, younger and rested look.

Patient Case #3716

This 68 year old woman had a deep plane facelift with fat added to her chin. She is shown three months post op.

Necklift Bismarck

A necklift improves jowls and a fatty or obtuse neck contour.  The best candidates are men and women with full necks and good quality skin.  Patients with crepey skin and thin necks can expect a more modest improvement.

Incisions are placed in the natural crease in the lower front of the ear and behind the ear.  A one inch incision is placed under the chin.  Drains are placed for several days.  The platysma muscle is repaired and fat underneath the muscle is contoured.  Sometimes the deeper muscles and glands are reduced also.

The necklift results in a smoother and more youthful neck and jawline.

Patient Case #4409

This 65 year old women felt that her heavy neck with its obtuse angle made her look old and tired. This didn’t reflect her self-image or the stylish person she is. She is shown 3 months after a neck lift. Her cheeks, eyes, and brows are unaffected. These are only changed in a face and eye lift. She is very happy with the improvement in her neck. Her weight is unchanged.

Patient Case #4349

This 72 year old women had a neck lift with another surgeon 18 months ago but wasn’t satisfied. She is shown 3 months after a secondary neck lift with improved neck and jawline contours. Her wrinkles and check laxity remain the same, these don’t go away with only a neck lift. She is happy.

Patient Case #2807

This woman is in her later 60′s. She felt she was looking tired due to her heavy neck that seemed to be getting worse. She had a necklift and her photos are shown 3 months postop. Photos are a limited view to protect her privacy.

AMAZING!! I am so thrilled with my results that I wish I had done this years ago and it was such an amazing experience I honestly wish I could have the surgery all over again tomorrow!
I had MINIMAL discomfort post op and my results look like a million dollar body!
I had three consults from other surgeons within the area and was by far most satisfied with Dr. Honeycutts office. I had also asked many many acquaintances for recommendations and the answer from Minot to Sidney, MT to Bismarck came back unanimously to go to Dr. Honeycutt.
The staff was so accommodating to work with long distance and very thorough in explaining everything from what to expect financially to how to prepare before surgery to every detail of what to expect on the big day. They were very helpful with any questions I called in with before and after my procedure.
Dr. Honeycutt and the nurses were so thorough in explaining pre-op and post-op! I can't emphasize how helpful and important it was knowing what to expect. Even groggy and coming out of surgery I remember thinking of the process that was explained to me and waking up it was comforting knowing what was going on and what was going to happen next.
The pain pump and the meds were lifesavers! I had to do a double check to be sure my implants were actually there because i didn't feel the pressure or pain that others i had heard from had experienced.
The most uncomfortable was having to adjust to get comfortable to sleep - nothing to complain about though!
I should have written this sooner than 6 months post surgery but this is the best I can recall.
