Thigh Lift Bismarck
Diagnosis
A thigh lift is designed to reduce excess, sagging skin and fat on the thighs.
Treatment
The procedure involves removing excess skin from either the medial (inner) or lateral (outer) thigh.
For a medial thigh lift, the incisions are placed in the groin that extend downward and wrap around the back of the thigh. It tightens the inner thigh skin to about halfway to the knee.
For a lateral thigh lift or posterior body lift, the incisions are placed at the low abdomen extending around the hips and meet in the back. It lifts loose skin and fat of the buttock and lateral thighs.
Liposuction of the thigh and knee is performed as well to help get rid of excess fat and help with contour.
Results
Reshapes the thighs resulting in smoother and better-proportioned contours of the thighs.

This women is in her late 20’s. She is 5’6’’ and 192lbs. She wanted to smooth her inner thighs. She had liposuction of the inner thighs and knees with a medial thigh lift. Her after pictures are at 3 months.
Patient Case #2202
This 35 year old woman lost 150 lbs after her gastric bypass. She was 5’6” and 171 lbs before her abdominoplasty and medial thigh lift. She is shown 3 months post op. Her scars are very red and will take a year to fade. She is pleased with the significant improvement in her body contour. Her weight is unchanged.
