Patient Case #4472

This 44 year old woman is 5’7’’ and 203lbs. Do to breast asymmetry she had a breast lift with a right breast reduction along with an augmentation. Sientra 415cc implant was placed on the left and a 385cc implant was placed on the right. She is shown 11 months post op.

Patient Case #4460

This 36 year old woman is 5’9’’ and 215 pounds. She had congenital breast asymmetry. She had a 2 staged surgery. The first one, she underwent a left breast reduction. The second surgery, she had a bilateral breast augmentation with a 325cc Sientra implant placed on the left and a 435cc placed on the right. She is shown 1 year after both surgeries.

Patient Case #4439

This 33 year old woman was 5’4’’ and 125lbs after having 2 children. She wore a 32 or 34 A/B cup pre op. She had smooth, silicone breast implant placed partly under the muscle and a peri areolar mastopexy with liposuction of the chest wall. A 350 cc implant was placed on the right side and a 250cc was placed on the left side. She also had a pectus excavatum and chest wall asymmetry. She is shown one year post op. She wears a Victoria Secret 32D bra. Her breasts are soft and the symmetry is improved.

Patient Case #2327

 This 50 year old woman was born with a constricted, hypoplastic left breast. She under went bilateral breast augmentation with right mastopexy. A 540 cc saline implant was placed on the left and 450 cc on the right. She is 5’6 and over 200 lbs. She wore a 40A on the left and a 40B on the right. Post op pictures are shown at one year. She is now a D cup.

Patient Case #2313

This 58 year old woman is 5’6″ and 140 pounds. She had a 2 cup breast asymmetry with a D cup on the right and a B cup on the left. She underwent a left breast lift and a right breast reduction. Her photos are shown 3 months later, and the scars will fade more. The patient is pleased and can now wear stripes!

Patient Case #2320

This 29 year old woman is 5’6 and 145 pounds. She wore a 36B bra preop and has had several children. She had asymmetry with more ptosis on the left breast and a difference in the areolar size. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with left mastopexy with a lollipop incision. She has saline implants with 380 cc on the left and 420 cc on the right. Her breasts are now symmetrical and uplifted. She wears a 36 C/D bra. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.

Patient Case #2335

This woman is in her 30′s. She is 5’3 and 130 lbs. She had breast asymmetry that worsened after the birth of her three children. She had a larger, slightly lower right breast and a smaller left breast. She had saline breast implants placed partly under the muscle with a periareolar lift on the right breast. She had 355 ml on the right and 370 ml on the left. She went from an A cup to a C cup. Her pictures are shown one year after surgery.

Patient Case #3631

This woman in her 40’s is 5’2” and 135 lbs. She lost breast fullness following childbirth. She had silicone, round, smooth implants placed partly subpectoral- 375 cc on the right and 300 cc on the left. Her bra cup size increased from a 34 B to a 34 C/D. Her breast symmetry is improved.
