This 60 year old woman is 5’3’’ and 175lbs. She had discomfort due to the rolls of fat and loose skin on her abdomen and fullness in her hips. She had a tummy tuck with liposuction of her hips and flanks. Her removed skin weighed 4.5 lbs., and 2.5 liters of fat was extracted. Her post op photos are three months later. She has lost only five pounds, but she is very pleased with the flattening of her stomach, hips and bra rolls.

She is shown before surgery at 5 foot 9 and 155 lbs. She is shown three months post op, with a 5 lb. weight gain. She is happy with her results.

Patient Case #3430

This woman in her 40’s wanted to improve her torso. She is 5’6” and 175 lbs. She had a large amount of fat under the skin. She had two surgeries to achieve the result seen in the 3 month post op pictures. She first underwent liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. Over six liters of fat was removed at that time- a large amount. Seven months later she had a tummy tuck. The loose skin weighed 2.6 lbs., and another 800 cc of fat was removed by liposuction.

She is shown 3 months after her second surgery with a transformation. She now weighs 161 lbs. Her lateral thighs look somewhat disproportionate as they have not been reduced. She is very happy with her results.
